RosenethE Estates

When Weber Projects, LLC acquired the Rosenethe Estates parcel in 2014, it was zoned for 11 single family homes.  In a nod to the grand scale of this long-gone estate, the Company decided to decrease the allowed density.

To accomplish that goal, the Company bought a parcel behind the existing estate. The combined land allowed for a redesign into a three lot subdivision.
