25 CREEK DRIVE
25 Creek Drive, the first class-A building in Beacon, opened in September 2022 . The first and second floor commercial spaces are the new US headquarters of Docuware, bringing many new jobs to Beacon. With eight luxury residential units on the upper floors of 25 Creek Drive provide a comfortable place for the people of Beacon to live, work and relax.
In keeping with the Weber Projects mission to give back to our community and create dynamic green spaces, the 25 Creek Drive project accentuates the surrounding beauty of the creek by featuring a creek side extension of the Fishkill Creek Greenway & Heritage Trail. A new pocket park next to the 25 Creek Drive buildings, features new space for Beacon residents to enjoy.
23-28 Creek Drive is the first fully concrete and steel building in Beacon.
